We are a collective of passionate college and career success coaches who help students to develop their own individual life roadmaps. Our end goal is to help our students attain their life goals beyond their high school diploma and introduce each student to who they were always meant to be.

In addition to college and career readiness workshops we help our students develop their Character, enhance their Creativity, and expand their Careers Awareness. Our end goal is to help our students attain their life goals beyond their high school diploma and introduce each student to who they were always meant to be.
Areas of Impact
College & Career Programs
Each program is designed to reach a specific student who may be interested in that area. There is no charge for any of our programs and we work with students starting at 6th grade and going all the way to 12th grade.
TRiO Upward Bound
Upward Bound provides fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of post-secondary education
TRiO Talent Search
The Talent Search program identifies and assists individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in higher education. The program encourages students to graduate from high school and continue on to college
All Thee Above Podcast
The goal of this program is to provide students with the opportunity to build, acquire, and utilize an understanding of the video production process. Students will work in various production roles both in front of and behind the camera to produce enjoyable & beneficial content for the entire 3 Seeds community.
Southworks Robotics
The STEM Robotics team is for students who are interested in learning about computers, robotics, and engineering. At the yearly Southworks Engineering and Robotics Olympics, teams of students from across the region design and build robots that compete against opponents in a series of different challenges.
Internship Programs
The ACE Chicago Mentor Program takes a “hands-on” approach to helping students learn about careers in architecture, construction, engineering and related professions. To date we have sent 20 students over the last 8 years to participate in this program with one of them receiving a $4000 scholarship.
