Dr. Latoi Raphael Thomas is from the sunshine state of Florida. She graduated with honors from The University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor’s in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She then went on to attend Meharry Medical College where she earned her DDS. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society and currently serves as secretary for The Meharry Chicago Alumni Chapter. 

She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Following in her belief of service to God through serving mankind, Dr. Thomas started a mobile dental program where she sees children in underserved communities, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. One of Dr. Thomas’s goals is to educate each and every patient on the importance of the connection between oral health to overall health and well-being. Dr. Thomas loves spending time with her husband and three small children. Her hobbies include reading, interior decorating, cooking, and traveling.
